The 93rd National Military Parade in 2025 demonstrated to the world the rapid advancements made in China's manufacturing industry.

This time, we astonished the world with a crane bearing capable of fully traversing 4,000 tons.

This is no ordinary bearing; it's a core component that allows cranes to achieve 360-degree rotation while maintaining stability.
Developed by the ZWZ Group, this bearing surpasses the previous domestic record holder: Luoyang Xinqianglian's 3,500-ton bearing.
More importantly, this development went beyond prototype production and has led to mass production. Those skeptical of "Made in China" should reconsider.

The first to benefit is our wind power industry.

Traditional cranes are difficult to operate high-power wind turbines. This 4,000-ton slewing bearing directly overcomes this challenge.
Notably, this massive bearing is made of a new alloy steel and an innovative heat treatment process, ensuring stable performance even under extreme operating conditions. It can withstand heavy loads without compromising the flexibility of mechanical operation.

The design and craftsmanship are truly exceptional.

ZWZ Group not only overcame technical challenges but also established a comprehensive technical system. The new design reduces component size by 20% and weight by 25%, saving 1,200 tons of material and over 3 million yuan in costs per unit. The savings are expected to be even greater with the 4,000-ton model.
